The Jaguar Encore Delivery Program is designed to enhance your ownership experience by maximizing your understanding and enjoyment of your new vehicle, while also providing a single point of contact in the future for any questions that may arise about your vehicle's features and capabilities.

What is Encore Delivery?

An Encore Delivery is distinct from your original Jaguar delivery. A representative from Jaguar Huntington will come to you, at your own home or office, 15 to 20 days after the initial delivery and give a second walk through of your new vehicle focusing on:

• Operational features that may not have been clear at the initial delivery (i.e. seat adjustment and memory settings, infotainment features, phone pairing, and more)
• Harder-to-operate features where additional instruction may be required
• Learning about your vehicle at a time and in a setting that is convenient to you as your home or office
• Offering instruction to other family members or colleagues that may use the vehicle and were not present at initial delivery
