Is my appointment time the time my vehicle will be serviced?
Not unless you have scheduled a wait appointment. Your appointment time is when you will meet with your Service Advisor to discuss your vehicle’s concerns and service needs. If you need your vehicle returned by a specific time, please let your Service Advisor know.
Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
Generally, wait appointments are offered for repairs expected to take one hour or less. For work that takes longer, we recommend leaving your vehicle with us. Please arrive on time for a wait appointment so we can help keep your visit on schedule.
Do you provide loaner vehicles?
Yes. Because loaner vehicles are limited, they are available by appointment only.
What are your service hours?

How do I make a service appointment?
You can schedule online at any time using either scheduling option above. Alternatively, call our Service Department and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment.
Do I need an appointment if I have an emergency issue with my vehicle?
If your vehicle is not drivable, an appointment is not necessary. Please contact our Service Department to let us know the vehicle is on its way. We will do our best to accommodate you and complete the repair as soon as possible.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Complimentary vehicle pickup and delivery is available by appointment, subject to availability. You can select pickup and delivery as a transportation option when scheduling your service appointment online.
Do you offer financing for service and repairs?
